I was born in a small town called "Seek" in Coaldale!  I started as a disc jockey when I was in 7th grade at Panther Valley High School.  I instantly fell in love with it (I realized I wasn't good at anything else!)

I went through high school listening to T-102... at graduation in 1990, I knew what I wanted to be... on the radio!

I went to the "New School of Contemporary Radio" in Albany, NY.  After graduation, I landed a full-time job at a crappy AM station in Carbon County (the best move of my career was getting FIRED!).

Shortly after, I landed a part-time job at T-102 working Saturday nights.  A year later full-time as morning host, I SUCKED!!!  Then I went to nights, afternoons and back to mornings, where I was part of "The Breakfast Crew" with Tony Tophoney... what a ride that was!  I still miss doing the Crew!  Thanks, Tony, sell a Volkswagen for me!

At the time I was doing the Crew, I was also music director of T-102.  The Crew left, but I got MORE duties! Now, RC was music director, program director, and promotions director!!! ANYTHING ELSE???????????

I went back to afternoons, then back to mornings, where I hosted "RC & Company"... and once again back to afternoons with "The 5 O'Clock Somewhere Show!"... which became "The 5 O'Clock Somewhere Morning Show!"

Over the years, I worked at Wink 104 as "Chad Hershey", and KRZ as Marshall Law and Chad Dolan, both awesome stations!!!

I'm also involved in pro wrestling; I even co-owned a federation in Schuylkill County, the FWA!

I've been at T-102 for over 10 years... maybe one of these days, I'll get a REAL JOB!!!
