21 year old Kristopher Matthew Negron, of Pottsville, along with 25 year old Daiquen Maurice Price were both jailed following an incident, where shots were fired.
According to the Republican Herald, police said the incident occurred at 12:15 a.m. Friday in the bar area of Sarge’s Soup and Sandwich, on N. Centre St., in the city.
Negron was involved in an ongoing argument with Price over a mutual female acquaintance, which led to gunfire being exchanged by both.
The Pottsville Bureau of Police Criminal Investigators processing the scene found evidence of at least seven shots being fired.
Negron and Price both suffered non-life-threatening injuries resulting from gunfire.
Both were taken into custody and arraigned before being transported to Schuylkill County Prison on $200,000 bail each.
