Police found heroin and a stolen firearm during a traffic stop along Rt. 61 Wednesday evening.
According to Skook News, Saint Clair Police said the driver of the vehicle, 39 year old Gina Lombardo, of Girardville, was found to have a suspended license.
During the stop, a passenger, 25 year old Charles Raymond Frantz, also of Girardville, was found to be in possession a substance later identified as heroin.
Also located inside the vehicle were several handguns. One of the firearms, a 380 caliber handgun, was identified as being reported stolen from Butler Twp., Schuylkill County.
A records check indicated Frantz had an outstanding warrant from Berks County as well as a felon restricted from carrying firearms.
Frantz was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge James Reiley, of Pottsville and committed to Schuylkill County Prison, unable to post the $25,000 cash bail.
