Emergency personnel were called to a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 81, Monday afternoon.
According to State Police at Frackville, around 1:40pm, a vehicle driven by 28 year old Juan Mateo Andujar, of Hazleton, was traveling north on Interstate 81 near Mile marker 136.9, in Kline Township when he failed to make a right turn in the road way.
The vehicle went off the highway hitting an embankment flipping the vehicle onto its roof.
Andujar was reported to have suffered minor injuries and was taken to Lehigh Valley Hazleton for evaluation.
