A water boil advisory that was scheduled to begin Wednesday has been postponed.
The advisory that includes Tamaqua, Hometown, West Penn, Walker, and Schuylkill Township, was set to go into effect Wednesday, as part of an upgrade project at the Still Creek Water Treatment Plant.
But due to the anticipated weather conditions today, the meter replacement has been re-scheduled for next week.
Therefore the water boil advisory will not be in effect for 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 31st.
