Police are asking for public's help in finding a man wanted for the sexual assault of a 15 year old, in August of 2017.
As the result of an investigation by the Pottsville Police, a felony arrest warrant was issued for 23 year old Kyree Davon Carter.
His last known residence was in the city of Scranton, but is also known to have ties to New Jersey.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Detective Welsh at (570) 622-1234, ext. 333.
