A Tamaqua man will spend time behind bars after a Schuylkill County judge sentenced him on two drug-related charges.
According to the Republican Herald, Rush Township police charged 30 year old Derek Krapf with possessing drugs and paraphernalia on Jan. 12, 2017, in the township.
The defendant admitted violating his probation by failing to report to his supervising officer, using drugs and faking the result of a drug test.
Judge James P. Goodman ruled he must now serve four to 23 months in prison.
