State Police in Schuylkill Haven have filed charges against a man for assaulting an underage girl.
Police say 43-year-old David Harwi has been charged with rape and indecent assault, among other charges after he allegedly assaulted the girl over a period of six years in Washington Township, Schuylkill County.
Harwi was arraigned and was committed to Schuylkill County prison unable to post $200,000 cash bail.
