Orwigsburg police discovered stolen vehicles and a chop shop during an investigation in the borough, Thursday.
Police executed a search warrant as part of an investigation into the possible presence of stolen vehicles and a working chop operating within a garage located at 710 W. Market Street, being leased by Seth Breon, of Shoemakersville, PA.
According to Police, three stolen vehicles were found inside the garage in various stages of dismantlement. Evidence of vehicle identification numbers being ground off vehicle parts and re-installed in other vehicles as well as stolen vehicle parts being sold online were present. Breon also allegedly sold stolen vehicles and parts to third parties locally.
Breon was taken into custody by Reading City Police Department and was also in possession of another stolen truck.
He is currently incarcerated in the Berks County Prison on a state parole detainer in addition to Reading Police charges and those of other agencies.
