A New Ringgold woman is heading to trial for allegedly delivering a fatal dose of drugs in March 2017 to a Coaldale man.
According to the Republican Herald, 29 year old Kayla M. Leibowitz was charged after Coaldale police allege she provided heroin to George Dougherty on March 2, 2017, in the borough.
Dougherty was found dead on March 9, 2017; on a couch in the basement of 11 W. High St. Coaldale police also filed the other set of charges against Leibowitz, alleging she possessed drugs and paraphernalia on June 21, 2017, in the borough.
Leibowitz’s trial begins today in Schuylkill County Court.
