A Tamaqua man is incarcerated in the Schuylkill County Prison after being caught breaking into his former residence.
Authorities say 28 year old Duane Roy Allen II was caught entering the home at 320 N. Railroad St., Tamaqua, despite previous warnings from the owner to stay away from the property.
A records check turned up two outstanding warrants for Allen’s arrest.
He was arraigned before duty District Judge Christina Hale and committed to prison unable to post $50,000 straight cash bail.
