A Mount Carmel man was taken into custody after being found driving a stolen motorcycle.
According to Ashland Police, around 5:30pm, Monday, while police were on patrol in the area of 2800 Centre Street, the officer observed a motorcycle being operated without a headlight or registration plate.
Police pulled over the driver, who was identified as 33 year old Brian Boblick, who did not have a motorcycle license.
It was also discovered that the motorcycle was reported stolen from Richland Township, near Quakertown in Bucks County.
Boblick was taken into custody where he was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge David Rossi and locked up in Schuylkill County Prison unable to post bail.
