A driver crashed through a tree and into a home on Hoffman Boulevard in Ashland early Friday.
According to Skook News, emergency personnel were dispatched to 301 Hoffman Boulevard for a motor vehicle accident with entrapment.
When crews arrived, they found a vehicle that had crashed through a tree and into the side of the home at 301 Hoffman Boulevard.
The driver was extricated by fire personnel and was taken to an area hospital via ambulance with a head injury.
State Police are investigating what caused the crash.
