A Schuylkill Haven man died Monday afternoon after crashing his motorcycle on Route 61.
According to authorities, the crash occurred around 3:30pm when 25 year old Neiko Zalonko and another man, 30 year old Stephen Yourl, of Auburn, were riding motorcycles on Route 61 when 19 year old Derek Reber, of Cressona, was making a left turn from Route 61 onto Cinema Boulevard and reportedly didn't see the motorcycles coming.
Zalonka's bike hit the passenger side of Reber's truck. Yourl's bike swiped the front of the truck.
Zalonko died in the crash.
Troopers said Yourl was flown to the hospital with serious injuries.
Reber was reported to have suffered minor injuries.
