A traffic stop turned into a drug bust over the weekend and landed a Mahanoy City man in jail.
20 year old Dylan J. Clark was charged by East Union Township police with having 89 bags of heroin in his possession.
Police Chief Thomas Rentschler said he stopped a vehicle, being driven by Clark, knowing that the man had a suspended driver’s license. It was during the traffic stop that police made the discovery.
Clark was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Anthony J. Kilker, Shenandoah, and committed to Schuylkill County Prison, unable to post $15,000 straight cash bail.
