A Shenandoah woman received a proclamation from the mayor on Thursday.
Sarah Umlauf, a resident Shenandoah Manor, will celebrate her 106th birthday on November 16th, 2017.
Each month, the home holds a celebration for all the birthdays that occur in that month and during the celebration Miss Umlauf received a proclamation declaring November 16, 2017 "SARAH UMLAUF" DAY in the Borough of Shenandoah.
