A late October fire in West Mahanoy Township has been ruled arson.
According to Skook News, emergency personnel were called out on October 30th, to 191 Ohio Ave., in Shenandoah Heights, for a working structure fire that severely damaged the double block home.
One firefighter reportedly suffered injuries.
The Pennsylvania State Police Troop L Fire Marshal Unit was requested to determine the origin of the fire. The investigating officer Trooper Joseph Hall reports that the fire started on the rear 2nd floor porch and ruled it arson.
