The family of the former Mayor of Mount Carbon is raising money for a local organization, in his honor. 24 year old Brandon Wentz died Thursday.
An autopsy done in Schuylkill County showed pulmonary congestion as the leading cause.
Wentz's family has started a GoFundMe page to raise money for Clinical Outcomes Group in Pottsville. The nonprofit helps people with behavior health issues like substance abuse.
Wentz's funeral is scheduled for today.
