An Ashland man is in custody after robbing a convenient store and an elderly man last week.
According to Skook News, State Police at Schuylkill Haven, said 25 year old Nicholas Harman stole money and a 2013 GMC Terrian from an 85 year old man in Pottsville on Nov. 9th.
Harman is also accused of robbing the Top Star Express in Tower City on Nov. 13th.
Two arrest warrants were issued for Harman, first by Magisterial District Judge Plachko for theft of the vehicle and related charges, then a second arrest warrant was issued by Magisterial District Judge Rossi for the robbery and related charges at the Top Star Express.
Harman was taken into custody on Nov. 14th and arraigned before on-call Magisterial District Judge Christina Hale and locked up in Schuylkill County prison unable to post $65,000 straight cash bail.
