56 year old Joseph C. Richwine, of Camp Hill, will spend time behind state prison bars for an October 2016 bank robbery in Tower City.
State police at Schuylkill Haven charged Richwine with robbing Halifax Bank, a division of Riverview Bank, on Oct. 29, 2016.
Schuylkill County judge James P. Goodman ruled Wednesday that Richwine will serve 35 to 70 months in a state correctional institution.
Goodman made the prison term concurrent with one Richwine already is serving.
