Today is Election Day and residents in Schuylkill County are urged to head out to the polls and exercise their right to vote.
Ballots will feature races for U.S. senator, the governor and a new congressman in the 9th Congressional District.
Voters will also be chooding state representatives in the 123rd, 124th and 125th Districts. Polls will be open today from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
