Charges against a Shenandoah man, who allegedly shot his daughter's boyfriend in a motel room, were dropped Monday in Schuylkill County Court.
40 year old Donald Jenkins Jr. was accused of shooting a man in the groin in October at the Motel 6 in West Mahanoy Township near Frackville.
The charges were reportedly dropped because the victim failed to appear in court.
The Victim was treated at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville for his injuries.
