State Police are still investigating a deadly crash that happened over the weekend on Interstate 78 in Berks County.
The accident occurred just before midnight near mile marker 35.8. Authorities said 22-year-old Wilby Henriquez-Vazquez, of Harrisburg, was killed in the incident.
According to police, Henriquez-Vazquez was outside of his vehicle after being involved in a previous crash. A tractor-trailer lost control, striking Vazquez and his vehicle.
A female passenger was in the vehicle but reportedly didn’t suffer any injuries.
The driver of the tractor-trailer was not hurt.
