A former home health aide who has already been accused of removing clothes and toiletries from a bedridden client now faces additional charges for allegedly stealing hundreds of dollars’ worth of jewelry from three more victims.
Police said the new criminal complaint involves 32 year old Tammy M. Brownwhose, whose last known residence was in Shamokin, removing jewelry and other items belonging to her friend, Daniel Boyd, and his 12-year-old daughter, both of Shamokin, and Chastity Beery.
Additional theft-related charges are expected to be filed by Kulpmont police against Brown as well.
Brown was arraigned Wednesday morning by Senior Magisterial District Judge Richard Cashman and recommitted to Snyder County Prison, where she was incarcerated earlier this month on the first set of charges filed by Cpl. David Donkochik in lieu of $10,000 cash bail.
