At least one person was injured Monday evening in a crash along Route 309 in Rush Township.
The crash occurred at 5:30 p.m. near the intersection of Ben Titus Road and involved a sport utility vehicle and a tri-axle dump truck.
After impact, the north bound tri-axle slid across all four lanes of the roadway and across a lawn, coming to rest against a home. One person in the SUV was injured and transported to a Trauma Center in Hazleton.
Rush Township Police are investigating the incident.
