A former couple charged with stealing almost $30,000 from a business where one of them worked between May 1 and Oct. 31 waived their rights to preliminary hearings before Magisterial District Judge Christina E. Hale.
According to the Republican Herald, Gregory J. Adams and Gina L. Hart, both age 48, formerly of Ringtown, and currently of Shamokin, were arrested by Ringtown police in connection with incidents involving Stauffer and Sons Trucking.
Both face 267 felony counts along with misdemeanor charges.
By waiving their rights to hearings, both Adams and Hart will now have to answer to all charges in Schuylkill County Court.
