Case dismissed...

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has dismissed a discrimination charge filed by a former Pine Grove Area School District administrator against the district.

According to the Republican Herald, it also appears time has expired for the man to file a lawsuit against the district on the matter.

There are brief details of the charge filed by Steve Brill, who had previously served as a high school and a middle school principal in the district.

A “Dismissal and Notice of Rights” document from the EEOC states the EEOC is closing its file on the charge because it is unable to conclude that the information obtained establishes violations of the statutes.

Damon A. Johnson is listed as the supervisory investigator in the case.
