Incumbent Republican Recorder of Deeds Ann Dudish is seeking a bid for re-election for the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Schuylkill County.
Skook News reports that during Dudish’s 4-year tenure, she completed a digital records project to provide access dating back to 1949 both on the public access terminals in the Office and through pa.uslandrecords.com.
She also negotiated a renewal of a 5-year contract with her vendor for the hardware and software used in her office without an increase over the prior 5-year contract.
Dudish instituted the process of e-Recording in the Office and has gone through four county audits and two state audits with zero deficiencies.
Dudish is a life-long resident of Schuylkill County and a graduate of Pottsville Area High School.
