A man wanted for sexual assault of a 15 year old was taken into custody.
According to Skook News, Pottsville Police said a felony arrest warrant was issued for 23 year old Kyree Davon Carter who is charged with statutory sexual assault against a 15 year old victim for an incident that occurred on August 5, 2017 in Pottsville.
On Thursday, Carter was taken into custody and arraigned before Magisterial District Judge James Reiley.
Carter was locked up in Schuylkill County Prison unable to post $25,000 cash bail.
