Williams Valley School district reported Wednesday evening that a person allegedly involved in social media threats to schools has been apprehended.
Williams Valley updated the district’s website Wednesday night stating, “The Pennsylvania State Police have one individual in custody in connection with a social media post that was brought to the attention of the administration after the initial threat was received on Monday (2/19/2018).
The initial threatening message remains unsubstantiated.
School will be in session today (2/22/2018) and the PSP will continue to provide safety checks for our school campus in the coming days.
