A music teacher from Schuylkill County has been charged for indecent assault of a 13 year old.
According to Skook News, Tamaqua Police said they were notified by a family over the weekend that 71 year old Dale Schimpf, of Frackville sexually assaulted their 13 year old son on Friday, February 22.
Tamaqua Police arrested Schimpf, Monday, at Nativity BVM in Pottsville where he is a music teacher.
According to the affidavit filed, Schimpf was in contact with the boy through the mobile dating app called Grindr. After being arrested, Schimpf admitted to having sex with the 13 year old, but said he thought he was a "30-year-old man".
He was arrainged before Magisterial District Judge Stephen Bayer and locked up in Schuylkill County Prison on $100,000 straight cash bail.
