Minersville police filed attempted homicide and other charges, Tuesday, against a borough man for allegedly shooting another man around 1:30 a.m. Sunday.
According to the Republican Herald, Magisterial District Judge David A. Plachko, Port Carbon, issued a warrant for 27 year old Louie Fernando Rivera for allegedly shooting Patrick Green outside the Curran Hotel.
Rivera remains on the run and Minersville police are asking that anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact them at 570-544-2333.
