The Hillside SPCA and Schuylkill County Crime Stoppers are asking for help to find those responsible for two dead horses that were found in East Union Township last month.
According to East Union Township Police, someone dumped 2 deceased malnourished horses on Girard Manor Road, in Phineyville, between January 1st and 2nd, 2018.
Police and Humane officers from the Hillside SPCA are investigating this incident, anyone with any information is asked to call police at 570-384-5829 or Schuylkill County Crime Stoppers at 877-TIP-S4SC - Case # 01-14-18.
The Hillside SPCA & the Schuylkill County Crime Stoppers are offering a reward of $1,000 for information leading to an arrest.
