Five people were indicted for conspiring to distribute drugs into Schuylkill, Luzerne, and Lackawanna counties.
According to Skook News, United States Attorney David J. Freed said the indictment alleges that the defendants, from Schuylkill and Berks Counties, conspired to distribute methamphetamine, heroin, and cocaine in Schuylkill, Luzerne and Lackawanna Counties beginning in January of 2017.
The matter was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF), the Pennsylvania State Police, the Kingston Police Department, the Luzerne County Drug Task Force, and the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General. Assistant United States Attorney Robert J. O’Hara is prosecuting the case.
