A fire in Northumberland County last week has been ruled accidental.
The three alarm blaze, in Mount Carmel, damaged at least 5 duplexes and displaced fifteen residents.
The state police fire marshal now says last Thursday's fire was electrical in nature and started in the kitchen of the vacant side of 317 North Hickory Street.
No one was injured in the fire.
