Vandals struck and damaged the windows of businesses stretching from Schuylkill to Northumberland Counties.
According to Skook News, police from Kulpmont, Ashland, and Frackville are investigating at least 14 businesses that had windows damaged overnight Wednesday into Thursday.
According to Pottsville Police Chief Richard Wojiechowsky, at least 15 businesses were damaged, in Pottsville, eight businesses were struck having the windows damaged, in Ashland, one in Frackville and five in Kulpmont.
Wojiechowsky said that they are attempting to identify a dark colored 4-door SUV that was seen on video surveillance as being in the areas that were damaged between 3:00am and 3:30am Thursday morning.
Anyone with information or may have seen something suspicious should contact their local police department or county communications.
