The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that 28 year old David Castro, of Pottsville, pleaded guilty Thursday, March, 8th, 2018 to conspiracy to distribute more than 500 grams of methamphetamine, before U.S. District Court Judge Robert D. Mariani.
According to Skook News, Castro, admitted to committing the offense between July 2016 and May 24, 2017, in and around Schuylkill County.
Castro was indicted by a grand jury along with three other persons in August 2017. The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Pennsylvania State Police, and local police from Schuylkill County.
Judge Mariani ordered sentencing to be scheduled at a later date.
