A man who police have been looking for on kidnapping charges has been arrested. In January, the Shenandoah Police issued an arrest warrant for 31 year old Juan Jose Perez, of Shenandoah.
Perez was wanted for Kidnapping and related offenses for an incident from December 19, 2016 where a firearm was displayed during the incident.
On Saturday, March 11th, 2017, Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville took Perez into custody at the Dutch Kitchen in Frackville.
He was locked up in Schuylkill County Prison unable to post $250,000 bail.
