A Mary D man was killed in a 3 vehicle crash on Route 309 Wednesday morning.
According to Skook News, the crash occurred around 9:00am in West Penn Township on Route 309 near the intersection with Blue Mountain Drive.
Authorities say the victim, 19 year old Nicholas Sadusky, was heading south when for unknown reasons, he crossed into northbound traffic and struck the side of a vehicle.
Sadusky’s vehicle then continued south in the northbound lanes and struck another vehicle head on.
The driver of the vehicle hit head on was flown to an area hospital for their injuries while the driver of the first vehicle struck was taken by ambulance.
West Penn Township Police are investigating. This will make two fatal crashes on Route 309 in West Penn Township since Sunday.
