A Coal Township man is in prison after allegedly firing two shots inside his Ferndale home Wednesday morning while his wife and two teenage sons were present.
48 year old Robert Pancher was charged after the 2 ½ hour standoff on Hill St. after police were summoned to the home at 4:45 a.m. for the report of shots fired inside the residence.
Michelle Pancher and her two sons were able to escape the residence and Pancher was taken into custody at 7:13 a.m. without further incident.
He is being held on $100,000 cash bail.
