A 27-year-old Northumberland County woman died early Wednesday morning in a one vehicle crash.
Mount Carmel Township Police Chief Brian Hollenbush reported Brittany Nicole Tebo, of Atlas, was driving a sport utility east on Route 901 at about 1:10 a.m. when, for an unknown reason, the vehicle traveled across the opposite lane, descended an embankment and crashed into a tree head-on before spinning 180 degrees and coming to rest.
Northumberland County Coroner James Kelley said Tebo died from blunt force trauma.
