Schuylkill County commissioners honored local veterans Wednesday morning inside the courthouse.
Commissioners thanked veterans for their service and welcomed them home.
A proclamation was made marking the 50th anniversary of the Vietnam War. Commissioners adopted today, March 29, as a day to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the war.
