Two people are under arrest after in incident at the Verizon store in Mahoning Township.
The incident began when employees notified police of a woman attempting to use a fraudulent credit card to purchase two iPhones.
Police took the woman in custody and a man after a short foot chase. The car the pair were in had a Texas registration.
Police have not yet released the man or woman’s identity, but say is believed the two were involved in similar incidents in northeastern and central Pennsylvania.
