Just before 9:00am, Monday, emergency personnel were dispatched to 506 Tunnel Road, Cass Township, for a working structure fire.
According to Skook News, when first responders arrived, the house fire was reported to be fully involved and was upgraded to a 2nd alarm.
All occupants of the home were reported to have evacuated and no injuries were reported.
Cass Township fire marshal John Kellman said the fire will be deemed accidental because it started when a propane heater hose “busted” starting the blaze.
State police fire marshal Trooper John F. Burns of the Frackville station is assisting with the investigation.
