Preparations are underway for a four-day countywide event, titled, “Out with Litter: Schuylkill Keep It Pretty 2017 Cleanup.”
According to the organization’s website SKIP is a cooperative effort between the SKIP Board of Directors, the Schuylkill County Board of Commissioners, the Schuylkill County Solid Waste & Recycling Coordinator’s Office and the people of Schuylkill County.
Anyone interested in participating in this year’s clean up can to fill out a registration form, available on the nonprofit group’s website at www.skiplitter.org. Or call 570-449-4760.
This year’s countywide clean up is scheduled from April 6 to 9.
