Senator David G. Argall will receive the 2019 Political Leader Award from the Schuylkill River Greenways National Heritage Area.
The award is in recognition of Argall’s contributions to projects in the Schuylkill River watershed, from McAdoo; Coaldale and Minersville to Hamburg and Philadelphia.
Schuylkill River Greenways National Heritage Area works to connect residents and visitors to the Schuylkill River and Trail. More information on programs and projects to support this natural treasure is available at www.schuylkillriver.org.
The ceremony will take place April 11 in Philadelphia.
