One person died and two others injured in a crash on Route 924 near Frackville on Wednesday afternoon.
According to Skook News, Frackville police said emergency personnel were dispatched at 12:45pm to route 924 near Frackville in the area of the "rock cut" for a 2 car crash with entrapment.
According to Police, a Black Honda Accord, heading south, towards Frackville, lost control, crossed the median, and struck a Buick SUV head on.
The Accord was reported to be traveling at a high rate of speed. A female driver of the Buick SUV and a female passenger in the Honda Accord had to be cut from their vehicles and authorities said 37 year old Jason Naspinsky, of Mahanoy Plan, died at the scene.
The crash is under investigation.
