On Tuesday Afternoon, the Pennsylvania State Senate passed Senate Bill 3 taking a big step to legalize the use of Medical Marijuana in Pennsylvania.
The Bill would allow state residents to buy, possess and use medical marijuana for the treatment of a qualifying condition.
The Bill will now be moved to the House for its concurrence on the Senate's Amendments.
Governor Wolf has already said that he supports the bill.
