Police made an arrest and recovered a stolen motorcycle Monday.
According to Skook News, Mahanoy City Police said a victim reported a burglary had occurred at 44 N. 8th St., Sunday, when a 1999 Kawasaki Motorcycle was stolen.
On Monday, April 2nd, around 2:00pm, Mahanoy City Police, with the Assistance of the Mahanoy Township Police Department recovered the motorcycle, and charged 21 year old Dominic Streisel, of Mahanoy City, with the theft.
Streisel was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Anthony Kilker, and was released on $25,000.00 unsecured bail, but was committed to the Schuylkill County Prison on a Probation Violation. A preliminary hearing will be scheduled in the near future.
