A woman had to be rescued from her Luzerne County home on Thursday afternoon after it caught on fire.
According to authorities, the fire started around 1:00pm at a house on Grant Street in Hazleton.
Firefighters were able to get the woman out quickly. She was rushed to the hospital for treatment, but her name and condition have not yet been released.
The fire chief says it looks like the fire started in the kitchen.
A fire marshal is now investigating.
